No Returns - Only Exchange

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a  exchange. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed  within a reasonable amount of time.

Exceptions

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods or items that have been used or altered after purchase. Additionally whether a return or refund is possible or not will be discussed with the costumer keeping in mind the situation.

Please note that shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
